Para finalizar hemos concluido, que el el grupo seleccionó diferentes criterios tanto pedagógicos o técnicos como fucionales, para llevar a cabo un juicio de valor de las páginas web educativas o portales educativos, para asistir a todas aquellas personas que necesiten calificar con un instrumento Web que pueda proporcionarle el conocimientos necesario, destreza, ayuda y que a la vez sea de gran facilidad el manejo de la misma.Dentro de la realización del instrumento encontramos diferentes oportunidades y fortalezas, bien interesantes para evaluar páginas web educativas excelentes, pero a la vez se establecimos debilidades y amenazas, ya que no éste no está diseñado para cualquier persona interesada en el tema, todo lo contrario debe estar involucrada en lo relacionado con tecnología, ya que requiere de palabras técnicas que permiten usarlo adecuadamente. El fin de ésta evaluación es de gran importancia debido a que permite seleccionar diferentes recursos, que se adecúen al momento pedagógico, satisfaciendo sus necesidades de capacitación y estudio.
